2025 Charlotte Pediatric Occupational Therapy Conference 2 Days
Early bird pricing for both days of the Occupational Therapy Conference. This is for Tuesday and Wednesday’s conference, August 26 and August 27th, 2025. Each day will give participants an opportunity for 6 CEU hours for a total of 12 CEU hours over both days.
Early bird pricing will end on 5/31/25 at midnight. Starting 6/1/2025 the price for the two day ticket will be $250.00. If two day tickets don’t sell out, then one day tickets will be offered this summer for ~$175.00 per day.
No refunds, no ticket transfers. More information on speakers and titles are forthcoming.

For organizations purchasing several tickets for therapists, please pay for # of tickets needed and then reach out to hello@learningcharms.org if additional attendee names are needed. Organizations purchasing more than one ticket may transfer tickets to another employee as long as it is requested via email by August 1st, 2025. No transfers can be accommodated after that date.

Location will be in the Dilworth area of Charlotte, NC 28203. Location and directions will be sent to registered participants. There will not be tickets sold at the door.
